Meet Neil...

And by Neil, we mean this monkey. He's pretty chill, we like having him around the shop, we like the sense of fun and adventure that he brings around with him...he also has spectacular taste in coveralls. He is admittedly terrible at paperwork, so he leaves the real business work to Jay. 

Jay is our proud shop owner, having been operating Neil's Auto Service for the past 6 years, he always puts our customers needs at the very top of his list. (He is also known for having terribly hilarious jokes...just ask him about it!) Jay has been a licensed mechanic for over 10 years, (which may be impossible since he's only 26) and through those years, he has always prided himself in dealing honestly and fairly with people in an industry that is often hard to trust. He recognizes that your vehicle is an investment; it's how you get to work, how you make that rush hour home in 45 minutes, and how you get to where ever else you need to be. While visiting Niagara, AAA (well CAA in Canada) towed our auto to your service station when it died while we were trying to jump someone’s battery who was stranded. It was a successful jump for them however our car died afterward. It was a Sunday and we were planing to leave Monday. Neil’s diagnosed the problem promptly...gave us a fair price quote to repair..went out of his way to get the job done so that we did not have to rent a car or stay another day or two and when we went back to pick it up he said he made a mistake on the quote it was actually $60 LESS than he quoted!!! Who does that??? Honest good people!!! The best customer service experience I ever had and they did a great job!
